Just in! To which I have preemptively addressed in the form of a constitutional "Ctrl F" for "freedom" and "commerce" in that the answer is in the first amendment, if one is not a Utopian reader, it concludes with the freedom..."to petition the Government for a redress of grievances". i.e. Commerce is under the legislative article and "A Republic if you can keep it" and if one can preamble.
